Wildstone & Area

Wildstone will be the most complete Rocky Mountain lifestyle recreational community in British Columbia. Yes. Preliminary drawings and site planning are underway.

The Clubhouse will open in 2009 to coincide with the opening of The Black Knight Golf Course at Wildstone.

Discussions are presently underway with a number of top hotel brands to determine the best possible match for Wildstone.

Yes. The Founders Club will be a select membership club, offered exclusively to property owners.

Yes. The Canadian Rockies International Airport is fully functional.
 

Flights from both Calgary and Vancouver are available multiple times daily. Discussions are underway with a variety of carriers to secure further international flight agreements for 2008 and beyond. DIrect flights between Cranbrook and Salt Lake City will begin in December of 2008.

Gary Player

Gary Player Real Estate has participated in hundreds of international real estate developments, and is now Consulting Developer for Wildstone. For the first time in history, Gary Player has bestowed his own name and signature to a golf course in Canada. The Gary Player Group’s exclusive partnership with Wildstone will create a golf experience unavailable anywhere in the Canadian Rockies by combining their vision of real estate and golf course design.

Mr. Player’s next planned visit will be in September 2008.

Golf

The Black Knight Golf Course at Wildstone will be open spring of 2009 and the Gary Player Signature Design Golf Course at Wildstone is planned to open in 2011.

Yes. The public will have access to the best golf experiences in the area.

The golf course will be semi-private, with exclusive access time for members.

The majority of rough construction was completed by winter 2007/2008, with grow-in taking place in 2008

Both Gary Player Design golf courses will range from 5,200 to 7,200+ yards.

Both Gary Player designed golf courses will have a par of 72, ratings will take place once the courses are open.

Wildstone will be using premium Bent, Kentucky Blue, and native wild and Fescue grasses.

Yes. Golf cart storage will be an optional upgrade available for different types of residential products.

Yes. Occasionally, Wildstone will host tournaments for members, charities, and corporation

As a resident at Wildstone, you have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a golf membership.

Registering at Wildstone

Personal registration is done on the registration page on our website. Following registration, one of our sales team members will follow up to share further information and answer any questions you might have. From there, we’ll arrange a reservation.

Our sales specialists will contact you directly when your requested home becomes available. You may then register to purchase a particular product at a specified selection event.

The selection event is an opportunity for clients with reservations to choose specific homes.

Established property owners will have a preferred status to purchase more product prior to the general public.

Homes at Wildstone

A wide variety of benefits come with ownership at Wildstone: Exclusive social, concierge, reciprocal, recreational, and pricing programs are available, with many more to come.

Condos, townhomes, golf villas, Gary Player Luxury cabins, home sites, executive homes, and Gary Player Estate homes.

Wildstone aims to provide four product releases per year, with a total of 200 - 250 residential units.

Future new product releases will take place in quarter 1, quarter 2, quarter 3, and quarter 4.  A variety of products will be released annually.

Wildstone is a mixed lifestyle community perfect for families, second-home owners, vacation enthusiasts, and retirees.

While the overall community is not gated, there will be areas within Wildstone that will have limited, secured outside access.

Some floor plans can be change. Pricing and changes will need to be discussed with Wildstone. 

The rental program is in its preliminary stages of development. When more information is available, it will be forthcoming.

Strata fees help pay for general neighborhood up keep, garbage collection, snow removal, etc.

Strata fees will be approximately $150- $250 per month. This fee, levied by the Home Owners Association (HOA), varies based on the specific level of services provided.

Taxes are determined by the City of Cranbrook by a mill rate formula. For more information, contact the City of Cranbrook.

A list of pre-approved companies is approved for the project at this time. However, Wildstone will consider outside construction companies provided the guidelines for Wildstone’s Approved Building Program are met.
