Havaday Developments is developing the Wildstone Residential Resort Project located in Cranbrook, British Columbia consisting of approximately 3,000 residences sold as custom single-family homes on a variety of home-sites, side-by-side villas, multifamily townhomes, lock 'n' leave condominiums, estate homes and more. It also includes the Black Knight Golf Course and a Signature Golf Course designed by Gary Player, boutique retail / village center, a lodge/hotel, spa and other amenities.
