The Heart of the Action

The Village at Wildstone will be culturally vibrant and exudes a small-town charm; embracing all the opportunities of the region’s four-season climate. The Village has been designed to create a sense of discovery each time a corner is rounded or a glance is cast upward toward the majestic view of Fisher Peak. The buildings within The Village – many with balconies overlooking the Village Square – will host a true pedestrian experience at the heart of the community. The Village will grow to include an inviting variety of cafés, patios, boutique shops, festivals, restaurants and galleries.

At the heart of The Village will be a four-acre lake, a liquid jewel whose grassy shores will provide ideal spots for picnics, a Frisbee toss or quiet enjoyment of the surrounding scenery. During summer months, canoes and kayaks glide silently on the lake’s glassy surface; in winter, echoes of laughter resound as ice skaters carve figure eights, play a pick-up game of shinny or warm themselves by a crackling bonfire.
