Wildstone Is Hot, Hot, Hot

Wildstone, the new 900 acre village-centred community by Havaday Developments shows no signs of having let the summer sun slow things down. “Just like the temperatures this summer, the real estate market in this corner of our province is extremely hot!” says Havaday’s President, Joel Savage. “Everyone with an eye on the real estate market in Alberta and BC has discovered the amazing dollar for dollar value here in Cranbrook.”

July found Joel Savage on a plane bound for the British Open at Carnoustie in Scotland, where he joined golf legend Gary Player and select executives from the Gary Player Group to discuss the progress on golf course construction, real estate and architectural plans and most importantly, Mr. Player’s hands-on involvement and input into the overall development of Wildstone. The meetings were extremely fruitful and a round of golf at famed St. Andrews capped off a very successful business trip.
